In order to reach its corporate targets GHE has implemented a quality- and environment management system in order to ensure that we satisfy demands for our products and processes at the production site.
Our procedures at the various sites are structured and documented with process maps (process descriptions), process instructions, job and inspection instructions, forms, checklists and other documents and forms (such as organisational charts, job descriptions, operating instructions).
With the process-oriented approach to monitoring quality and environment-related matters GHE guarantees the fulfilment of requirements imposed by the customers and applicable to the operating site.
GHE uses internal audits to monitor the Product and Process Quality System in striving to achieve ongoing improvement.
